export for presentation

iv´e successfully managed to do my presentation using markdown but now i´m asked to hand in the presentation as html or pdf. i knew it would only be html right now. looking forward for pdf!

but: it would be nice to have the presentation style as well, and not the plain md structure... aka make sections with dimensions like the presentation mode for each slide ( *** ), or pages in later pdf... that would help much.
