Hello, I really love the TOC feature, however, it would be great if it had the option to only index headers AFTER the [TOC] tag.

Example:

# Name of Document
Some introduction text...

[TOC]

## Section 1
### Section 1.1
## Section 2

The TOC will now show:

  • Section 1
    • Section 1.1
  • Section 2

I think it would be ok, if you put it where it should be. basically,
I need your intention for this feature.

Currently, if I use my example above I get this:

  • Name of Document
  • Section 1
    • Section 1.1
  • Section 2
My intention is to not include any headers above the [TOC] tag in the table of contents.
