Formating problem for text after ``\n`` in editing view shows as italic

In the editing area, the text after ``\n`` appears as italic text, the preview shows without problem, attached image shows the editor panel (top) and preview panel (bottom)

update: the problem appear with backslash symbol \ , ASCII 92

hmm seems the problem is with the backslash symbol \ Ascii 92
