"File > Open" does not show any dialog on Windows 7

I have the 0.7 version installed.


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Haroopad
  2. File > Open
  3. The menus turn gray but no dialog appear. The application is not "usable" in this state.
  4. After ~2 seconds the application is "usable" again
