Windows 10 support

Doesnt seems to work on Windows 10.

Launching program does litteraly nothing.

Tried compatibility mode but not working either.

I just tried to launch it in 64 bits and 32 bits versions and nothing is showing (antivirus desactivated). Win 10 64 bits.
