Add version in Help menu
There is no easy way to be sure what version of Harropad we are running.
Current workaround is to upgrade to last version and look into the "release Notes"..
It would be nice to add a menu to know for sure the Harropad version.

I think people expect it in "Help" (like this in many apps at least in Windows).. So could have been nice to "move" it from "preferences" to "help".
