Unable to use Chinese input method on ubuntu 15.10

I was using the haroopad 0.13.1 and found unable to use the Chinese input method on this editor. It result in unable to input the chinese charactor. Actually, the input method can work on some other editors(such as gedit, sublime text 3). I think it is a bug should be fix.

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 desktop. It's really irritating that when I switch my mouse to another application (e.g. search a vocabulary by online dictionary) then Chinese input method doesn't work at all. Annoying!!!
