Installation-free builds

Is it possible to assemble plain archives for downloading, not msi, dmg, etc? Haroopad is a lightweight app, it would be very convenient just to download, unpack and use. Sometimes corporate policies prevent from normal app installation, even thought admin rights are not required. I experienced this moment ago.
