Could you change image url with follow step.

If `[old image](/path/to/image.png)`
To refresh, you can manually change to `[old image](/path/to/image.png?1)`

You can add any character to end of url property `?...` 

And we'll consider about this issue.

It's known issue. But sorry we do not want to change this status.
